A big hello from our great staff, providers and community leaders in Fort Edward and Kingsbury as we unveiled our new sign!
The Hudson Headwaters ‘new sign’ project has been in the works for a while, and we’re proud to unveil our Fort Edward-Kingsbury Health Center one this week. It’s crisp, uncluttered, and easily read when driving by.
