COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Options
If you have not yet received your COVID-19 vaccine, please choose one of the following to get vaccinated:
- Call your health center to schedule a vaccine appointment
- Visit hhhn.org/conronavirus and schedule a vaccine appointment at any of our 21 locations – it does not need to be at your regular health center
- Call your health center or go online to schedule a routine appointment (for any reason) and your provider can administer a vaccine during your visit
- Walk-in at any state-run vaccination site or visit a local pharmacy
If you have already received your COVID-19 vaccine, please help us update your patient record:
- Send a message to your health care team through your patient portal
- Call your health center and let them know
- Call your health center or go online to schedule a routine appointment (for any reason) and let the provider know your vaccine status during your visit
