Coming Soon: Salem Family Health

Salem Family Health is opening on May 19, 2025! At this brand-new location, Hudson Headwaters will offer comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Glens Falls Hospital will provide on-site lab services. Same-day access will be available for Hudson Headwaters patients with designated walk-in hours each morning. Until Salem Family Health opens, Mobile Health will continue to serve the Salem community.

Anticipated hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 518-824-2571 after April 1.
