Lindsay Swan, FNP Family Nurse Practitioner

Lindsay Swan, FNP has been a resident of Chestertown her whole life and has seen firsthand the growth and increased access to health care that Hudson Headwaters has provided to her community. She joined this organization because she wanted to be part of this culture and continue to foster optimum health for the most vulnerable.

Lindsay was inspired to pursue a career in health care after shadowing a nurse for a high school assignment. She wants her patients to know that she always looks at the whole person, or the bigger picture, to provide the best individualized care she can. She understands that people from different backgrounds have different needs and prioritizes getting to know her patients as part of developing a care plan.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, from snowmobiling and four-wheeler riding to coaching her daughter’s sports teams.
