About Jaclyn Farrington, FNP
Jaclyn was born and raised in Saranac Lake and has remained in the area since she was young. She has always been called to help people and wants to care for them in all aspects of their well-being. Her goal in joining Hudson Headwaters is to provide patient-centered care close to home.
